NVDA – NVIDIA – Buy
XHB – Housing – Buy
ITT – ITT – Options action suggests it may have upside
MSFT – Microsoft – Buy
KG – King Pharma – Buy – Final Trade

Grasso:
MOT – Motorola – Buy – Final Trade

Pops (stocks that jumped higher):
RX – IMS Health – (23%) TPG agreed to buy it for $4 billion
LAMR – Lamar Advertising – (15%) Terranova: I think it goes to 30.68
SLE – Sara Lee – (3%) Grasso: I’d wait for a 5% pullback
JOYG – Joy Global – (6%) Beneficiary of Goldman commentary, which said commodity prices should remain high and demand should pick up
AET – Aetna – (2%) Investors bid it higher despite reports that the House is expected to pass a health care reform bill over the weekend

Drops (stocks that slid lower):
AEO – American Eagle – (12%) Adami: At current levels I think it’s a buy against a 15.5 stop
WFMI – Whole Foods Market – (16%) Issued an earnings outlook that missed Street view, and a private equity firm announced plans to convert its stock
CVS – CVS Caremark – (20%) Reported “big client losses” in its Caremark pharmacy business
