PEIX – Pacific Ethanol (10%) – Macke: I’m not an ethanol fan

Drops (stocks that slid lower):
DRYS – DryShips (5%) – Najarian: It’s a buy on the pullback
JCP – JC Penney (4%) – Macke: Avoid this stock
UAUA – UAL Corp (7%) – Oil prices, plus it was second-lowest ranked company in the American Customer Satisfaction Index released Tuesday
DELL – Dell (3%) – Macke: I’m not looking for any trends to reverse
GM – General Motors (5%) – A KeyBanc analyst cut his earnings estimate just as GM announced it will increase production capacity at other plants to pick up slack caused by a Kansas factory strike
MF – MF Global (6%) – Najarian: They’re probably just happy to get through the quarter
SKS – Saks (7%) – CEO said customers were acting as if they were in a recession whether there is one technically or not
