JCP – J.C. Penney – Wait until April 8th, two days before same-store sales reports
BKC – Burger King – Sell
RIMM – Research In Motion – Buy if it slides to $100
ORCL – Oracle – Sell

TSRA – Tessera Technologies (49%) – International Trade Commission is taking another look at its previously suspended patent infringement claims
NVDA – NVIDIA (6%) – Closed higher despite CFO stepping down
DVA – DaVita (6%) – Received an upgrade at UBS
NTRI – Nutrisystems (7%) – Trying to beef up

Drops (stocks that slid lower):
JPM – JPMorgan (7%) – Macke: it’s a buy on dips
C – Citigroup (7%) – Jon: I think it’s a buy at this level
CCU – Clear Channel (17%) - $19.5 billion deal is looking uncertain
LTD – The Limited (2%) – One of several specialty retail names dragged down this week
