CHIC – Charlotte Russe (26%) – Agreed to be acquired by Advent International for around $380 million
DELL – Dell (2%) – Terranova: I would cut my position
BYD – Boyd Gaming (4%) – Moved higher with the rest of the space as investors gamble that Las Vegas could be a winner in an economic rebound
HIG – Hartford Financial (2%) – Deutsche Bank raised its share price target by 25% to $25

Drops (stocks that slid lower):
TOL – Toll Brothers (4%) – Cortes: I’d stay away
HAR – Harman International (5%) – Speculation that it will be acquired has driven the shares beyond their worth
